Located near mile 28 of the Kenai Spur Highway, the lots are accessed through Forest Hills Subdivision on Sunset Road. There are maintained gravel roads throughout the subdivision. Electric and phone lines are buried, and the only restriction is no mobile homes. The area is forested with small birch trees.
To get to Don's Place Subdivision, take the Seward Highway from Anchorage to the Sterling Highway through Soldotna. From Soldotna, take the Kenai Spur Highway approximately 28 miles to Sunset Street (just past D.C. Rappe Excavating). Turn right onto Sunset Street and follow it through Silent Forest Subdivision until it intersects with Martille Avenue.
